Anna Leyland is a contemporary New Zealand artist. Utilising pattern making and symbolism, her works invoke conversations relating to the celebration of diversity and multiculturalism within Aotearoa – a hallmark of New Zealand’s social ethos. She has successfully exhibited in more than 30 exhibitions since 2001 and in the last four years has held two solo shows at Allpress Studio, Auckland. Her unique, distinctive style has led many corporates and large organisations, including Nespresso, Auckland Council, Orcon, The Big Hoot and Sofitel Queenstown, to commission work.
Articles and Interviews about her work have featured in Remix, Denizen, Idealog, Habitat by Resene, and the New Zealand Herald’s Viva.
