Isabelle Russell is an illustrator, cartoonist and artist living and drawing life in her hometown on Auckland’s North Shore. Alongside work for clients, including the NZ Herald, AA and the NZ Law Society, and being signed with a New York cartoon licensing agency, she also loves to dive into personal projects.
Isabelle has always been keen to create as much and as often as possible. Her work is concept-led, with the aim of telling stories big and small through a playful lens.
Joining the WWF artist pod has been an incredible experience that merges her love of sustainability, conservation, art (especially public street art to boost community engagement and brighten up the city) – and whales!
